Demolition of 5-story hotel with below-grade parking structure and two 2-story commercial buildings located adjacent to the hotel, work included hazardous materials abatement and constructing a rubble berm around the hotel footprint for future use as a drilling platform.

Equipment Utilized: Hitachi 700 Excavator w/110’ Boom, Komatsu 490 Excavator, Volvo 380 Excavator, Link-Belt 4040 Excavator.

Statistics: Recycled approx. 10,420 tons of concrete for reuse.
